At Commercial & Multifamily Supply, we offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging to ensure your project stays on track. Please note that certain bulk orders and custom-fabricated items may be subject to a restocking fee or restricted return eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included to avoid partial credit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the goods for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
